- Management has no idea how to lead and give direction
- The management has visions, maybe too many! they lose focus after starting a project/product
- There won't be any bonus or if there is, it's gonna be 5-8 months late
- Empty promises are given very often
- The overal company's vision/roadmap is super unclear (They want to do everything and be successful!)
