Lets start with the biggest con, management doesn't value or treat the employees like the grown ups that we are. They have one vision, and that is money, and employees are not allowed to have any opinions on how to make it better. We are just a number that can be replaced or pushed away at any time. Management claims to be safety minded but do their best to hide injuries when they happen. Employees are not allowed very much time with family and are forced to put this company ahead of family time.
Wages are not adjusted based on skill, only on who your friend is and how long you have known him. Management, all they way down to the leads make promises but don't keep them.
