      Pros

      Can I think of any? Oh yeah I got one. If one wants to do some social service, please join this company but, if you want money in return you may be in great dismay. You don't have managers, you have partners. (And so the rate of divorce also exists ;) ) You're smart. Huh! ;)

      Cons

      Where to start, where to end? From the second week of my joining till the second last minute of my resignation approval, my head used to be so heavy and after that I am a free bird. Training is something which you have to do on your own. You should not expect much of the communication and learning happening around you.

      Nothing that I can recall

      Cons

      - Lacks empathy as a company - There is no connect with seniors and juniors - The management doesn't really care about your well being and won't show any kind of empathy even during a pandemic state - They won't pay your salary even for a stretch of 2 months during a pandemic and will simply ask you to plan your financials accordingly - No incentives at all, they don't compensate you for the quality of work you bring onboard. It is only about doing the work and no compensation

      The learning curve is good but no implementations

      Cons

      1. Learned a lot in my subject but, management won't allow implementing. 2. Salary is not on time. There is always delay. 3. Bloody partiality
