      Pros

      I loved our clients and the other clinicians were good people

      Cons

      Where to begin - offered me full time - yet hired someone full time after I moved to town to work for them ; very very poor organization and communication , no leaderships HUGE territory , lack of respect, unprofessional across the board . 10/10 would not recommend

      Pros

      Ability to make own schedule, flexibility if want to include personal events within the scheduled work day, as long as all patients are seen.

      Cons

      Pay is per visit so overall reimbursement is low for the amount of time spent. Unorganized in terms of assignments and providing supplies to adequately care of patients. Supplies are locked up on the weekend, so if they are not provided adequately patients must go without or nurse has to purchase with own funds and then get reimbursed. Territory too large affecting bottom line for reimbursement.

      Pros

      Salary is pretty good. Nursing staff gets along well with therapy staff.

      Cons

      Census fluctuations. No reimbursement for CEUs or licensure. Paid days off but no specific holidays, they all come out of ETO. Can only use sick days after 3 days off.
