Cons
There's no work-life balance, and the culture is toxic. It's common to see everyone working overtime until 9 pm to 11 pm every day; working until 10 pm every day is considered the norm. As the HR GM said to everyone, there is no work-life balance in this company, and there is zero tolerance for mistakes; they will ask you to leave the company. Superiors provide you with only one and a half days of training and expect you to know everything when you join the company. If you make a mistake, you're often blamed and shouted at loudly. Newcomers are frequently afraid to ask questions when they're unsure about something.
