Pros
Its a good place to work. The best part is that organization provides you job security and people love to come to work everyday as even the management treats everyone as family and maintains values like trust ethics and respect at work. Compensation is also good and good chance of promotions if working excellent in your work area, no such politics at workplace and people look for long associations. I am with this company for approx three years and would definitely recommend this.
Cons
There is no such negative things about them except that they are a small organization but slowly and steadily expansions are happening . Workplace facilities are also improving slowly.
