      Pros

      In the time I was here I was not shown any pros, very poor experience and completely recommend not working here.

      Cons

      #Very uncomfortable training room #Taken advantage of salary wise, below minimum wage and had a whole days training salary cut as they believed they did not cover enough for the days training to justify paying. #Had to share a hotel room with a stranger as had to travel across the country for training. #constantly phoned when out in the field up to 5 times a shift and harassed to sell, often compared to other sales people. #never registered my employment

      Work Hard, Pay Hard

      Pros

      Gonna keep it real simple, it's Sales. It's not all glitz and glamour but if ya work hard, it pays well. Ultimately... You get out of it what you put in, but what NK offers over most other places in the market is a strong human focused dynamic that puts it's people first. Most places will grease you up with big talk that rings hollow once your in the door, but the dynamic and culture of NK is something very difficult to see replicated elsewhere.

      Cons

      Depending on the role, it might not always be easy and you may have some days that feel like a slog but if you can push through these, you can do very well when ya come out the otherside.
