      Pros

      A fun, hard working team that wears its heart on its sleeve! There are big goals and aspirations, which are shared and felt throughout the company. Sr. Leadership is the definition of lead by example and love to collaborate, discuss big picture decisions, and take feedback from all employees. I'm so happy I joined this team and I can't wait to be apart of its future growth and success.

      Cons

      If you are a *clock in, clock out* worker this is not the place for you. Everybody works hard, goes the extra mile, and expects the same from each other.

      - Really smart, friendly team that's easy to work with - Leadership is approachable and open to feedback - Projects are meaningful and you get a lot of ownership - Good mix of independence and support when you need it - Work/life balance is respected
