A very bad place to work with a toxic vibe and no future for you. The boss is super inappropriate, and everyone has to butter him up just to survive no real teamwork or respect for good work. There's zero chance to learn or grow; it's all stress and fear every day. Pay is a total lie they tell you one amount when hiring but give less, (they pay by minutes) and track every minute like you're not a pro architect. They threaten to cut your salary over fake stuff like "sleeping on the job," even if it's not true. No holidays, no benefits, nothing. Lunch is just 15 minutes, and you can't even step outside the office. They call or message you anytime, even after hours, to scare you about your pay. Stay away if you want a normal job that treats you like a human.

The working environment is consuming on top of that the employers at times are not respectful to the employees. If a person can keep his/her self-respect aside they can work here. Secondly don't expect a good salary increment even if you have worked 2-3 years in this company. Only 4-5k+ increment in your salary p/a. The company has a 220 hours/Month work policy, So if you complete your 220 hours in a particular month, then only you'll recieve your full/complete salary, if you fell short of 220 hours , so they will deduct the amount for that much no. of hours you fell short of, So its more of labour as its a 55 hour work week , which is too much. Advice for Consultant Architects and not Landscape Architects ( You are not allowed to make design interventions, you'll be working as a draughtsman under a Landscape Architect only which is demeaning to Architects in general )
