      There are no pros in this stupid organization.

      Cons

      Worst management, worst policies, worst rules and regulations. This organization believe in exploiting people on the name of job. HR has no manners to talk to senior employeesm. CEO has zero knowledge about the work that she is doing. CFO feels he is owner of this self made universe. Employees are treated like garbage and the work culture is very pathetic. Under qualified people are on senior positions. There is no management intervention on such serious issues.
