Pros
The loose environment with the allowance to work from home. Also, it helps me learn more about what a good design is and the boss is also visually well-versed and adept. Boss is also cool to work with as he’ll sometimes share some random tidbits from the internet.
Cons
It can get too busy that can amount to inhumane hours. The lack of community got the best of me as I would often work alone.
