Speak to any person, generally lower wages across most of company compared to current trends. So if you need higher pay do not work here.
No work from home.
Clock in clock out. So you get in trouble for being a little out of time.
Flat heirarchy below management (though it wasn'talways like this), so no nice position titles, no gradual corporate ladder climbing. You are either management or not.
