      Flexible working hours, health insurance, yearly salary reviews, good location of the office.

      Cons

      Constant overtime and registration of all worked hours, management controlls all hours and you have to explain yourself for the worked time, stress, pressure to take on more clients and simultaniously improve all current. Intense.
