Due to the size of the company there are certain processes that need to be followed for approvals, etc which might not always be the most efficient.

Novotech has provided me with an opportunity not only to learn new skills but also utilize my strengths I have acquired over the years in the industry. Staff are supportive and I especially am impressed with their way of thinking forward and always being ahead, I found Novotech flexible towards staff needs, always welcome and open to suggestions and unlike previous employments, you feel just as important as someone from the top. During this Pandemic they have been able to accommodate for my needs and concerns.
Cons
Not much at this time otherwise I would have moved on I suppose. However it is hard work, sometimes working over time allocated, sometimes the work can be demanding. This can be taken neutrally as it can also make you a hard worker and enables you to practice patients and the end result the more rewarding.
