Pros
Fixed shift, work life balance and on time pay. Little to no office politics.
Cons
No bonus, very low salary, little to no growth, poor infrastructure, too many unnecessary rules which has absolutely nothing to do with the job. working here feels like your still in some school or college. Poor management of even basic facilities. All cons add up to a pretty Dull and Boring work environment.
