      Pros

      Great friendly environment. The company is growing rapidly and there are a lot of opportunities for career growth. Management is always there to help and guide you. The CEO is a compassionate person who has a full grasp of what is going on day to day. Love this place.

      Cons

      If you come late it can be a little hard to find close parking-no big deal.

      Terrible Training Leads to Mental Exhaustion

      Pros

      The pay and benefits were the only motivational factors. They paid better than my last job, but eventually, the stress wasn't worth it.

      Cons

      The work ambiance was awful. The training they offered us was a joke, and there was no guidance or support from the leadership. It led to insane pressure, high workloads, and the worst work-life balance. I wouldn't recommend this workplace to even an enemy.
