Pros
Family run with good intentions to keep everyone busy. Big ideas and could have a promising future. Good group that includes Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Service.
Cons
Lack of communication from management. Unclear expectations. Always pressure for out of town work. Overtime pay is a constant fight.
