      Pros

      Totally good environment, best bosses, helpful colleaguesand technical assistants. I got the best projects in the office!

      Cons

      It has been 6 years since we have proper increments and bonuses. Market/construction industry and post-Covid really affect this. Previously, I got increments & bonuses every year. Too bad.

      non toxic among colleague. alot of free food most of fridays given by staff. staff very mutual of all ages. great place to learn and climb before jumping ship.

      Cons

      certain upper level still maintain their old minded and prefer to be blamer rather than problem solver.
