Mental health and personal life of employee is their last priority. I have worked in sales before but this was worst as continues hammering is done on daily basis. Illogical reasons are given to cut your salary on false basis. They give 2 leaves per month only on paper, if you avail those they will run behind you to harass you mentally in various ways. They always try to find ways to cut your salary by hook or crook. No chance that you can make any progress internally.

There is a lack of long-term vision in certain business units, especially after successfully moving from 0 to 1. Growth opportunities are limited due to unclear strategic direction and difficulties in retaining experienced employees, leading to higher attrition among tenured staff. Management support can feel mixed — while team leads may be collaborative, managerial approachability and structure need improvement.
