Toxic work environment. Management is full of retired military with toxic mentality. HR is hopeless and not there for the staff. Rather support directorate. Literally the worst place to work.

Toxic environment. Highly political. Evaluation based on sympathies and not on results / work delivered. No performance management. Too much ierarchy. No initiative. Demotivated old people in key positions. Promotions based on tenure only and nothing on competence. Hiring is pre-arranged; they eliminate the best from the process because they are a threat for the one that needs to be hired.
