Outdated workplace with limited comfort (e.g. limited drinking water supply, kitchen not equipped unless staff purchases equipment); private fund pension scheme with no host state contribution and assurance; Parental leave only 4 months in total (pregnancy and parental combined). Almost no benefits (e.g. gym entry, company car, possibility of home office from abroad or parental sick leave). Limited career opportunities for internal staff.
