Pros
Great place to start your career in an entry-level role, especially if you don’t have much prior experience. The team is friendly and supportive, and there is strong teamwork across departments. Management is fair and open to listening to employees’ feedback. Salaries increase gradually over time, and the company offers the opportunity for long-term employment in a stable work environment. I worked here for five years and had a very positive experience.
Cons
Depending on the client you are assigned to, some US based managers can occasionally be difficult to work with, which is not uncommon in many workplaces. Other than that, no major issues.
