      Busy with organic work as it had constant stream

      Cons

      Lost many key customers over the years due to high prices and lack on innovation. Some old staff have a negative impact on the shop floor. Tend to make redundancies when they don't have as much work.

      Overtime paid at 1.5x rate with plenty available; usually between 5 - 15 hours per week

      Cons

      Often chaotic work environment, with quality control usually being the last manufacturing process before parts are dispatched this means unnecessary pressure is put onto quality department
