      No Pros based on what I saw.

      Cons

      whistle-blowing, poor management, low payments, not willing to invest to hire good employees, awful plant and VP, lots of different business units without making any profit

      Pros

      Co-workers are among the best you will ever work with. Creative thinking and outside the box, are encouraged and welcomed.

      Cons

      All sounds good until you are subjected to the senior management team. Then you will wonder how best to leave as fast as possible. Promotions are given out if you can keep up to the drinking level of the alcoholic CEO. Don't bother going to HR - useless. Just do yourself a favour and don't walk in the door.
