Pros
-Nice office in a central location -Regular fruits - Company products can be purchased at special conditions - New CEO (since 2020) seems to be more human
Cons
- Poor communication - Work processes are not clearly communicated between the departments so that the workload increases unnecessarily (tasks have already been implemented or projects that have been prepared cannot be implemented). - Strong mechanisms of exclusion from group communication: Foreigners and lower hierarchical levels are disadvantaged. -Access to knowledge and communication is hierarchy-based. This means that sometimes important information is not communicated. - In some cases, strategies are obscured by targeted lies by management. - Poor work ethic due to lack of company definition; This leads to a high error rate and high error tolerance. The performance and the work output are reduced. -They asked me to do small violations of the law, since internal processes are not 100 percent compliant with the law. This approach is intended to support the company's development. - EXTREMELY high turnover, especially when people are on trial period. - No development opportunities in the company. Rarely people get promoted. There are no trainings. - I didn't feel valued in the company at all. My professional background and my specific language and cultural skills were not recognised. I haven't been able to learn any skills for my career in 1.5 years. - I have the impression that few employees in the company are happy. In the company I feel like a simple worker who only works for the surplus of the boss and investors. I've never felt so exploited in my life.
