Pros
There are some incredibly professional and helpful employees at NWFF who care about providing excellent service to clients. They make the unhealthy environment slightly more tolerable.
Cons
The leadership (owners) give lip service about caring about employees with little to show for it (save a few favorites who get away with everything). Employees will get demeaned, harassed, yelled and sworn at by owners and managers. It's common to experience or witness homophobia, sexism, nepotism, and racism.
