      Pros

      Great dog’s, a couple of the co workers were cool.

      Cons

      If you get in a bad situation in the building or on the street you’re on your own. Man handling dogs will make them aggressive and vicious. Neighbors are pretty disrespectful too. Landlords are full of bs and they do stalk you while you’re walking dogs. Many close calls and no back up from management at all.

      - Flexible schedule - Effective management - Great teamwork and communication - Most dogs are friendly - Refreshments every week to keep staff energized

      Cons

      - Some dogs can take lots of work to become compatible with staff, fosters or adopters - Dogs can sometimes become stressed by certain surroundings - Will get dirty often
