      Pros

      Engaged leadership that care about their people and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Great employee perks (season pass, cheap meals, occasional shout at the pub) and great culture.

      Cons

      Pay is average but for entry level position with good perks. Limited opportunity for career advancement. The kind of job you take for the lifestyle.
