The pay was decent. I don't have a lot of positive experience with this company. This company needs a complete overhaul with its management practices.

A horrible company to work for. Lack of organizational support. Toxic work environment. The is very little support from the corporate office.

Working for Nabors in North Dakota had many benefits including, new and up to date equipment designed for cold weather operations.

Cons

It can get very cold in North Dakota. Temps can get down to -50 F. with the wind chill factor. This makes the equipment not work very well even though it is designed for cold weather operations.
