- Poor management with no clear direction, many dreams not enough planning and doing
- Superiors who wish for short term personal gains
- No health, dental or any sort of compensation given
- They expect you to work OT, weekends and PH uncompensated, but when you take leave, they calculate it down to the half day.
- Lack of proper infrastructure and systems
- Unwillingness of management to invest in upgrading systems for growth
- No clear KPI to define performance, you are deemed as contributing as long as the core members think that you are
- Career opportunities are limited if you are not in the core team, everyone else is just dispensable
- Pay is pitifully low. Yes a profit sharing model was agreed upon but the amount received is at least 2 times lower than what was promised as the "norm"
- Management is supposed to on same payment method, but actually has a fixed minimum pay drawn in bad months; very very unfair system that is not clearly explained to the staff
- Claims to be helping designers and creators but delays their payment very often
- Small suppliers who dont ask sometimes dont get paid
- Long hours that they expect you to clock is a small matter. Issue is, those time spent can honestly be avoided if proper planning was done
