Pros

Discount on medical grade skincare & beauty procedures.

Cons

I regret to say that my experience with Naked MD has been overwhelmingly negative. The company's management consistently overworks and underpays its employees, creating a toxic and unsustainable work environment. Additionally, there is a clear lack of cultural inclusivity within the company, leading to tension and division among the staff. I cannot recommend Naked MD to anyone seeking a fair and supportive workplace. My time at Naked MD was marred by significant shortcomings. It also lacked basic structure, organization, and failed to provide any proper training for their staff whilst also expecting their employees to make it through a 90 day "probation period". Despite its claim to promote a healthy work life balance, employees were routinely expected to work open to close Monday through Saturday, contradicting the company's purported values. The disregard for employees' well being and professional development makes Naked MD an extremely toxic and undesirable workplace. Do not trust what you read on their reviews or Instagram as all of their "influencers" and Yelp reviews are paid for or bribed by "free injection credits" to their accounts. It really is an "Instagram vs. reality". This company should be ashamed as their clear lack of transparency and honesty upon being on boarding leads to their constant high turnover rate. They are all as fake as their lips.

Pros

There is nothing good to say.

Cons

They lure you in with an enticing offer, promising valuable experience in exchange for hard work. The reality could not be further from the truth. Working for this company is traumatic. You are made to feel small and inadequate for not knowing things you were never properly trained on. They provide minimal training but expect you to perform like a seasoned injector with years of experience. If you don’t sell enough, you’re disliked and not a favorite. If you don’t get enough reviews, you’re “not good enough.” You end up asking yourself, “Am I a health care professional with a degree trying to help people or a salesperson/ someone in the entertainment world service industry milking the most money that I can out of people?” The atmosphere amongst employees is toxic—like walking into a horror movie every day. It genuinely feels like the hunger games. You constantly overhear coworkers saying things like, “I hope I don’t get fired,” or “I just need to make it to my one-year mark and get out.” The expectations are unrealistic, especially around travel (they have many locations they expect you to drive to). If you don’t agree, they retaliate by cutting your hours. Any time you voice a differing opinion, you are punished in subtle but very real corporate-political ways. I know how hard it is to break into this industry, and I understand how tempting the offer looks. But please—do not trap yourself in a $10k contract that leaves you feeling stuck. If you already struggle with mental health, this environment will be especially damaging. The bullying culture is rampant, and it seems upper management (CNOs, Directors) are either unaware or unwilling to address it. I hope this review is the one that makes you pause and proceed with caution before accepting this job.

Pros

Company invests a lot in its injectors- training period feels very intense, but truly worth it if your goal is to be in aesthetics. You’ll get an amazing foundation followed by regular advanced training sessions and weekly anatomy/technique sessions to continue to grow. They expect your best, but they give a lot in return.

Cons

Company has a lot of influencer patients- some are sweet and some aren’t the nicest.
