Pros
- Diverse, challenging, interesting projects - Variety of clients (from government to corporate and NGOs) - Good atmosphere and friendly team - Learning time - Good work/life balance, with benefits and flexible working regime - Opportunity to work in 3 languages (English, Dutch, French)

- It's a small company, which has its good and bad sides

Pros
- Design studios are neat; - Design talks and culture is good; - Nice free caterings (sometimes) - Company offers a little (but rich and nice) library
Cons
- Lack of vision and ambition from leadership - No real diversity, they advertise it but in reality, is managed by the same group of people for the last 2 centuries. - Leadership can't recognize talent and opportunities on the market - HR is one of the worst person I ever met. Kind of passive aggressive attitude.
