Pros
Positive mission that makes a real impact on people's lives. Some exceptionally talented and dedicated people within the organisation who are real trailblazers.
Cons
Aside from one or two notable exceptions, there are some incredibly poor and unprofessional senior leaders within the organisation who take no responsibility for their failings which have impacted on the wider business and the livelihoods of employees. White male dominated leadership team. Outdated views, perpetuated at the most senior levels that are at odds with the public facing narrative and branding.
