Pros

As a manager of volunteers, helping to connect volunteers to families experiencing parental cancer is the best part of the job

Cons

Toxic environment, micromanagement, ED does not know professional boundaries. ED relies on my direction often and has asked other members of the team to create positive workplace reviews and then belittles them in front of the team when employee does not want to make review of company. My friends work here as well and if it wasn't for them I would leave.
