      - Great work environment with passionate and intellectual people. - Good mentorship for young scientists and engineers - Flexible time off policy and good managers - Good health coverage, office parties, and other perks such as a great coffee machine.

      Cons

      - Limited budget and pre-revenue means limited resources - Too many different projects cannot be scaled up to commercialization with fewer people.
