      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, Central office has a Good location in Tehran, The CEO is great, Acceptable salary for pharmacist during “Tarh” which is similar to other pharmacists. Lunch is available with low price and acceptable quality.

      Cons

      Work load is high and almost everyday you should stay longer than the work time to do your tasks. The salary is lower than the salary of a community pharmacist.
