      Bad work culture, rigid management, a lot of cheap politics, substandard product

      Pros

      Infra is good, flexibility in terms of roles, exposure to various multifunctional scenarios.

      Cons

      POLITICS, work culture in this company sucks. People are always pointing fingers with really no one standing up to take responsibilities. CEO has formed a closed circle around him and everyone in the company refers to him as "sir". If you dont mend yourself, people will outcast you and blame you for everything that is wrong with the company. Decisions are always taken by CEO with little to no discussions with anyone.

      My experience with nanoheal( HFN, Inc.) has been very enriching and delightful so far.

      Supportive management Max visibility Flexible office hours Indoor sports room Good payment and last but not the least CEO himself.

      Cons

      occasional long hours, but these are promptly and suitably rewarded.

      Pros

      I have been with this company for 7 months and I did not find any thing fishy here, either with the management, Team leads or with colleagues. They all are like minded. Company working atmosphere is so great, specially for freshers. this is a great place to kick start their carrier. Company is growing at a very fast phase in the right direction with its quality Product . The best thing about this company is that People here are like minded. Good initiative - Taking employees for outing in the weekend is great to help employees to mingle with each other.

      Cons

      Work load is bit high, that can be avoided with a little bit of planning. Apart from this everything is cool here.
