Too much of micromanagement by leadership. Zero appreciation for hard working people. Management's style of working is - "my or highway". People at the top lack leadership skills and are disrespectful towards employees. No efforts for team bonding. Everything is metric driven. No focus on employee's personal and professional growth.

Have seen very smart talented colleagues go into a negative loop of demotivation and not living upto their real potentials. Primarily because of these reasons- High micromanagement and very less ownership, no efforts put towards developing a good team culture and ensuring team morale, and continuous demotivation/beating with no appreciation for any efforts.
