Pros

Decent pay. Flex time off (kinda). Awesome and passionate people to work with.

Cons

Ownership knows nothing about game industry culture. Corporate takes forever to pay bills. Ultimately they were very robotic when it came time to lay everyone off. Very little humanity in their approach.

• Inexperienced, out of touch leadership • Late payments to vendors, some never paid • Intentional low-ball salaries • No bonuses or adjustments for inflation • Zero raises regardless of years worked • Benefits package used to be decent, but got updated to cheaper, sub-par options

Fellow employees are talented and motivated.

Cons

Executive Mgmt ultimately didn't have the experience or tolerance to launch a mobile game and let it grow. Too many disconnects between studio mgmt and exec mgmt for the vision of how to grow the title. The studio was shut down in Aug. 2025 and the game was abandoned.
