Pros

I genuinely can’t think of one good thing about my year of working here. And I’ve been in the cleaning business for 6 years

Flagrantly racist and sexist management and workplace culture Even after I asked many times, they wouldn’t provide me with HRs number or contact. “Open door policy” is a complete lie Lies about promotions to give you extra responsibilities and work, without raising wage Highest employee turnover rate I’ve ever witnessed Disgruntled and upset employees are an every day thing

Pros

I enjoy working for NHG because of the opportunities that are given. You are able to grow from within and are challenged each day. It is not just an easy job that you can coast by each day. You are challenged, motivated, and expected to put 100% into your work. Not to brag, but this has always been my work ethic. I do things the best I can or I don't do it. I can not give a 50% performance. This is why I work so well with NHG. Upper management/corporate not only expects this but leads by example. There are hard working owners that I appreciate.

Cons

I would not be human if I did not think that the long hours were a con. You definitely put your time in and more. But time comes with the dedication.

Not worth the stress

Pros

-Promote from within -My GM was great just the company that’s horrible

Cons

-Low pay -high employee turnover - no health insurance - budgets were off. How we’re supposed to get by with only 5 laundry hours after a sold out night, I will never know. -they say “hospitality from our family to yours” but they don’t treat you that way
