Pros

Compensation is not that bad but refer to details below.

Cons

Having been with this company for some time made me think of writing this review to help and enlighten other who wants to pursue a career with Naseba. In Naseba, they will promise to develop you into a molded individual, especially with your career. Indeed, they will surely do but come along with this is the reality that you will loose your self value, your self worth. They will make you think you are doing well for your career growth but the reality is that they are squeezing your life out of your self up to the point that you'll be exhausted and running out of space to breathe. Employee who receives good compensation and benefit will continue thinking that "hey, why would i give up? i should still make things happen!" like the company mantra (make it happen) so you will now force your self to justify the ego of the management and to make yourselves feel that it's worth while. Unfortunatley, Naseba is a company that equates the saying "nothing is constant", even the best sellers/performers will lose job here whenever the management feels that they start to lose the business or when management observes that you deviate with what they ask you on how to do things. Don't be surprise that a single failure will get you fired off the company. Compensation is not that bad. Yes, but make sure you are ready to pay this with your blood twice as company will make sure that it will suck up the life out of you as to what they're paying you. Also, make sure you have the stomach to cope up with the bullies you get from an immature/child-like minded/egoistical management. The management will smile in front of you then as you turn your back they'll give you a back stab that you will remember.

Pros

Salary/commission is not that bad, though it’s becoming a trend already for salaries to be received late for months in a row. Imagine employees chasing their monthly paychecks. Employees are advised by the management to send request email for their previous month salary/commission to be transferred into their accounts. There’s no need of such if profits and cash flow isn’t an issue. This reflects so much on company’s finances and its ability to keep up with business.

Cons

Like the previous comments mentioned below, the company does not cheat or lie only to clients and events but they blatantly cheat their employees as well. An example is the internal memo (as mentioned in previous review) they disseminate during Ramadan season, where they make the memo contents so vague that employees will misunderstood it and forced to work full 8-hours a day w/o overtime pay. Truth be told, there’s no monetary overtime pay in this company, instead you can claim it by offsetting. Unfortunately offsetting is something that you cannot easily avail, there are some colleagues from other department who mentioned that even their overtime stay during event site setup gets questioned when they file for day-off compensation. You will lose a lot of flexibility and freedom when you join this totalitarian company which is chaired by a self-absorbed individual. Rules does not apply to everyone when you are with this company, there are always those who are exempted and doesn’t even receive reprimands from management.

Pros

You can make good money if you are ready to stop living your life and being happy...

Cons

Management is the worst of the worst... I totally agree with a previous review saying that the management will tell you that you are the best of the best, you are making it happen, you are needed to make the company grow but as soon as you turn your back they will mention the complete opposite to everyone. One proof is when “super stars” who gave it all to the job leave the company, the first thing the management ( mainly the chairman) will do is tell everyone that the person was useless, that they did him a favor in keeping him employed for so long etc etc... Naseba doesn’t care about its employees, management will change his mind from one week to another when it comes to strategy and products to sell, lie to clients, do events without proper authorizations , move you from one product to another or even from one division to another. Another example is Ramadan; during ramadan all private and public companies are legally obliged to reduce working hours by 2 hours every day... naseba doesn’t care about that and only allows Muslim to have reduced timings... non muslims will carry on as usual. Naseba is doing a lot of PR and marketing partnerships to make sure they are publicly seen as good when they are the worst. Most of the clients accross all divisions are unhappy but they will almost never get reimbursed. Just ask yourself why exept for the founders there is no one who worked there for more than 5 or 6 years... because it is impossible to plan for longterm carreer there! When the chairman comes to work in a bad mood you pretty much know you are doomed and he will put a lot of pressure on you... sell more, sell more, sell more . The way they do things is the worst of the worst. Don’t believe what you see on the website or on their PR stunts... naseba is a dictature... led by a narcicist leader that no ones is able to manage not even the CEO.
