      -Quite flexible -Lots of downtime on shifts -Great for night owls -Meet interesting people -Pay is decent due to night surcharge -If you do a good job, you are generally left alone

      Cons

      -Job training is meh -Sometimes management can be hard to get in touch with when needed -Can come across situations which one is unprepared for due to the minimal training
