Pros
- Salary on time. - Vacation
Cons
- Work pressure, they allocate much more time that can be handled so you work extra time or get questioned more than 80 hours in two weeks sometimes it gets up to 140. - Micromanaged at the highest level, You have a daily meeting and you have to track time in TFS and You have a Hubstaff that records your screen, and most of the time they watch Hubstaff and tell you what were you doing privately or work. You also get many meetings in a day to make and get asked what you are currently working on. - No one knows the definition of Ready, Most of the time you work on something that is not ready yet. - No API Documentation( Lack of experience of Backend team leads) - Redundant none scalable code. - Very bad team leads - Very Low salary compared to the market - As a contractor you are treated as an employee, you take what is bad as an employee (time flexibility ) and what is bad as a contractor,
