      People Openness Office Space Benefits Opportunity Best company I've worked for since Cisco, and in fact now way better!

      Cons

      Lack of craft beer selection in fridge. Company used tech is creaking a little. Awarding people for just doing their job is starting to feel like everyone gets a prize!

      Great review thank you. Our beer fridge has been updated now ;-). We're always investing in our tech and we have exciting upgrade plans for this year for our peoples tech. Our reward structure is more than just getting an award for doing your role. Have you read our award stories which support the awards?       Some great and talented co-workers.

      Cons

      Favouritism, stress and burnout! Team spirit is low and we are constantly competing against each other in an unhealthy manner. Leadership is aware but no action has been taken. Support from senior members is scarce. There are numerous members of staff in my team who feel under intense pressure but are unable to speak up due to fear of losing their jobs.
