Pros

The employees really care about the service they provide. At least two were willing to lose their jobs in order to hold the company accountable, and it looks like they were successful.

Cons

The NLRB case against the company shows an administrative law judge's scorching remarks about the President of the company and paints a very disturbing observation about the unlawful actions management took against its own employees to prevent a successful union organizing campaign.

Pros

The people are amazing. Almost everyone that works here below the management level is cool, laid back, and interesting. First-level supervisors are generally cool because they do the same work as everyone else in the trenches. There's a great sense of community among the workers.

Cons

Management has no idea what it is doing. They have no interest in maintaining a satisfied workforce and are happy to tell you to hit the road if you don't like it. Decisions from the top are made for opaque reasons and any questions are met with disdain, if not outright hostility. Upper level management sees no problem with putting employees through a never-ending capacity nightmare while promising new clients expanded coverage that they have been unable to deliver for years.

Pros

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You feel like part of a team.

Cons

Management treats employees poorly and considers its people as expendable and easily replaceable. They ask for total commitment while providing no job security. Raises have not been given in years.
