BEWARE!!!
This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. At first, everything looked great. That quickly changed. There is no policy, procedures or documentation for any of the functions. The company refuses to move forward with anything. All attempts from employees trying to better the company’s processes will be met with silence. It’s run like a company that was just formed.
The accounting at this company is the worst I’ve seen in my 11 year career. It’s sloppy, inaccurate, and downright questionable.
The turnover at the company is extremely high. Smart employees quickly realize what is going on and they leave immediately. Employees who try to make a difference are fired for no reason. Employees who are not liked are fired for no reason. I’ve seen the company fire employees because of medical reasons, fire employees who question the accounting, and fire employees for retaliation. One day your coworker is there and the next day they are gone with no explanation.
There are signs everywhere saying the company doesn’t stand for retaliation, harassment, or verbal abuse. There’s a reason for this. It is extremely prevalent. The company has had four controllers in five years. The leadership is absolutely pathetic.
There have been verbal altercations, retaliation, backstabbing, and misogynistic behavior at the highest level. I would strongly caution anyone to look elsewhere for employment. This is truly an evil company.
