Highly Toxic Leadership

Pros

Met some lifelong friends working here. Sales team was very tight-knit and worked hard to take care of the clients we had while honing new skills to bring on new clients. Management has their moments of being decent.

Cons

Leadership, starting at the top is some of the worst I’ve ever been a part of. The turnover is significant and no effort is made to keep their top talent. Leadership is dismissive of new ideas and micromanagement is the only form of management-style offered.

Pros

Overtime. Fast paced. Travel. Variety and exposure to new tech. Snacks, and occasional breakfast/lunch

Cons

Company standard of equipment documentation and procedures not provided to new hires Requires on call without pay. Lack of leadership presence in office, ConnectWise training minimal, sink or swim mentality. Requires on call without pay No established/solid performance metrics(moving target) Absence of equipment to complete work. Tech's are often put in a situation to cover the expense of equipment on the spot or extended the work order(reimbursed through expense report). Inventory between the parent /child lack documentation resulting in phone tag, or waiting. Lack of documentation/communication for sites/clients, results in corse interactions during normal support correspondence . Offering rewards for performance goals and failing to deliver. Collective knowledge of staff is overshadowed by unprofessional attitude. Nicknames, and referring to clients in a disrespectful manner. Jokes/opinions flow freely versus detailed useful information.

Pros

Work with small to medium businesses and help them become more efficient. Great opportunity to learn the technology field which is always changing.

Cons

Every problem when brought up seems to be an emergency. People can't work these days without a computer or email access and need immediate attention.
