Pros
Good benefits, paid vacations, holidays off, sick pay, matching 401k, medical, holiday turkeys or ham, good hours and competitive pay. Growth and opportunities are up to the individual. If you are committed, hardworking and reliable, you could be employed for a long time. The management cares about the employees. Over 50 years in business says a lot.
Cons
With any company there are always things that can be improved, but overall anything I could come up with would be minor.
