The company was small, but it allowed me to get involved with numerous aspects with the business. Networking was easy and the focus allowed on the customer was great.
Cons
The company is so small that the HR department is also everyone's boss. This allowed for irresponsible behavior to be condoned. Nepotism was also an issue.
