Pros

there was free stuff at the end of the month. My direct Manager was amazing but couldn't lead because she was afraid of Aimee.

Cons

Dan should open your eyes. The person you have running your company is a poor example of a leader. I wouldn't be surprised if you are going through a harassment lawsuit because of her, I would be happy to testify as well. Aimee Quinn is a bully!

Don't be fooled!!! Stay away!!!

Pros

A place to get your foot in the door in the mortgage industry. They have free coffee and lunch at the end of the month. You also can earn a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize at the end of the month too. A few good coworkers still left.

Cons

Don't be fooled by the "good" reviews for this place! The marketing manager goes around asking employees to post good reviews and like the company on social media so we can be ranked a good place to work!!! Management is two faced and they will throw you under the bus to save themselves. They DO NOT have your back. If you are not a favorite, you will not get promoted or get any help. Training is a total joke. Everyone is grossly underpaid and overworked. They WILL take advantage of you at every chance they get. Get in, learn what you can to get experience, and RUN!!! There is a major reason why over a dozen people have quit in the last couple of months, including AE's, underwriters, funders, doc drawers, Managers, and even entire sales teams!!!

Motive is one of the fastest growing wholesale mortgage lenders in the country and we do everything we can to meet not only the needs of our customers but our associates as well. YTD we have added well over 100 associates to our corporate offices in Santa Ana to aide with our growth and expansion. We are sorry you did not get the training you feel you deserved and will take a closer look at what we can possibly do better for our future new hires. Cons

No sense of direction, very poor communication, Place is a revolving door, lots of favoritism towards certain employees.
